Remindable is built around local reminders and control over your data.

This notice covers this website and the current local reminder app developed by Remindable LLC. The app is in development. We will update this notice if its data handling changes.

Reminders stay on your device

The current app stores reminder data on your iPhone and uses Apple’s AlarmKit to schedule alarms on that device. Local use does not require an account. Remindable does not provide hosted reminder synchronization or upload your reminder database to a Remindable server. The app’s current diagnostic counters stay on the device.

Backups and files you choose to share

You can export reminder backups or share event files using iOS. You choose the destination and recipient. Those destinations may include cloud storage or other services with their own privacy practices. Backup files can contain reminder titles, notes and participant information; protect them accordingly. Shared-event files contain event facts rather than your private alarm plan.

Your device or cloud backup settings may also affect copies of app data maintained by Apple or your chosen backup provider. Remindable’s user-managed exports are separate from those services.

This website

The website uses no advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, contact forms or site cookies. It is hosted using Amazon Web Services. To deliver and protect the site, AWS processes technical request information such as your IP address and the requested page. We do not use that information for advertising or profiling.

If you contact us

If you email us, we receive your address and the contents of your message through our email provider. We use them to respond, investigate issues and maintain relevant support or company correspondence. Do not send sensitive reminder content unless it is necessary and you want us to receive it. You can ask us to delete support correspondence; we may retain information needed for legal obligations or unresolved issues.

Your choices

You can edit or delete reminders, control alarm access in iOS Settings, and export your data from the app. Deleting the app removes its local app data; copies you exported or stored with other services must be managed separately. There is no Remindable cloud account to delete in the current version.
